Returns

Bespoke items are not eligible for a refund, should the client not be completely satisfied with there bespoke piece we would do our best to fulfil there requirements and we should be notified immediately.

We would suggest that clients examine their ordered piece for damage on delivery of the piece and notify us immediately of any damage.

Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery, returns must be in unused condition, complete with tag attached and with full packaging.

A deduction will be made to any refund to cover our postage costs.
